As CRM & Marketing Manager, you'll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM initiatives with a strong focus on the loyalty programme. Using customer insights and data, you'll deliver personalised campaigns that enhance customer journeys, increase loyalty, and maximise lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the loyalty scheme to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
