GLL is looking for a Children's Party Host to join our team at Windrush Leisure Centre. We believe that children should be active, stimulated, and sociable. Working as part of a team—or independently—you'll create a structured, safe, and fun environment using the facilities around you. You'll confidently lead children through a mix of activities, which may include soft play, football, and more, keeping them engaged and entertained from start to finish. You'll encourage respect and friendship amongst children from diverse backgrounds and ensure that every party and activity is safe and fun.
What you'll do:
* Host parties over the weekend and ensure each customer has an excellent experience.
* Promote the leisure centre and the parties we host to families and visitors.
* Keep children engaged and entertained throughout the party.
* Set up equipment in play and party areas, ensuring everything is safe and ready to use.
* Keep all areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.
* Interact with children and parents to be approachable, fun, and professional.
* Work independently when needed, taking responsibility for the smooth running of activities and events.
Skills and qualities we're looking for:
* Enjoy working with children and can keep them actively engaged and entertained.
* Confident, approachable, and able to work on your own or as part of a team.
* Responsible, organised, and safety-conscious

What you need:
* Experience organising and running children's activities would be beneficial but full training will be given.
* Be flexible and available to work weekends.
* Fun, enthusiastic and happy to work in a team.
* Owing to the nature of this position, any offer of employment with will be subject to a satisfactory enhance DBS check.
