Location
Based in Prestatyn town centre, North Wales, operating across five sites.
Main Duties
* Manage a patient caseload and address a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.
* Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team, sharing clinical knowledge and experience.
* Apply a contemporary, patient‑centred, prudent and team‑enabling approach to primary care.

Qualifications
* Certificate of Prescribed Experience.
* Eligibility to be principal in general practice in Wales.
* GMC Registration.
* Holder of MRCGP.
Essential Experience
* Experience in general practice, working in a multi‑disciplinary team.
Desirable Experience
* Experience of using electronic clinical patient records.
* Eligibility for minor surgery, obstetrics, family planning accreditation.
* Experience of undertaking audit in general practice.
Essential Skills
* Present logical, well‑thought‑through arguments; provide evidence‑based solutions.
* Commitment to improve quality in primary care.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Understanding of the NGMS contract.
Desirable Skills
* Facilitation skills.
* Ability to speak Welsh.
