Role Overview
The Electrician will support the delivery of electrical works within Building Services, managing new build, refurbishment, maintenance and a Testing and Inspection programme across South Lanarkshire.
Responsibilities
* Manage varied workloads and deliver all associated electrical works.
* Carry out electrical works for new build, refurbishment, maintenance and testing/inspection programmes.
* Work to targets and pre‑determined timescales while maintaining health and safety standards.
* Travel throughout South Lanarkshire as required.
* Attend a health check if recommended for appointment.
Qualifications
* Time‑served with trade qualifications (SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds).
* Sound practical technical competency in managing and delivering jobs.
* Experience within commercial or domestic properties in the construction industry.
* Qualifications for Testing/Inspection to current regulations.
Commissioned Grade
Placement as an Advanced Electrician depends on meeting the criteria in the job profile and positions available.
