Christmas Customer Assistant – Food – Bath
Marks & Spencer is looking for a Christmas Customer Assistant to join our Foods team in Bath. The role will cover the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December, working up to full‑time hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean, tidy and fully stocked.
* Use digital tools such as the Sparks App to enhance the customer experience.
* Meet daily sales targets and promote our products and offers.
* Represent M&S as a brand ambassador and recommend new food products.

* Adaptable to changing situations and multi‑skill.
* Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
Working Pattern
Monday to Saturday, 18:00 – 22:00. Shift pattern may vary across the store.
