Job Responsibilities
* The Operations Analyst will be responsible for receiving and checking incoming shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
* Sorting and placing items onto assigned racking and shelving.
* Picking, packing, and processing orders for shipment and pickup according to schedules.
* Shipping hardware to end users or destinations, in compliance with Oracle Policies and Procedures. Familiarity with Parcel Carrier Procedures, Systems, and Transportation Networks is essential.
* Processing return orders accurately and promptly.
* Organizing inventory and handling daily operations inquiries and issues. Assisting with hardware device configurations for laptops, network equipment, tokens, etc.
* Performing hardware setup and installation, delivering hardware to internal network sites, and participating in projects as needed.
* Conducting accurate cycle counting and inventory control to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Recording and reporting stock levels and discrepancies.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Collaborating with team members and management to meet operational goals.
* Identifying process improvement, cost savings, and collaborating to enhance efficiency, productivity, and processes.
* Regularly communicating operational status to management and providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
* Performing transactions, maintaining system data accuracy, analyzing and creating operational reports, and data entry using Oracle applications, providing daily updates to management.
* Problem-solving with guidance, understanding, and applying company policies and procedures.
* This position reports daily to our Oracle M&D office and does not offer remote work options.
Job Qualifications (skills/education)
* BA/BS degree, typically with 1-2 years of experience.
* Knowledge of desktop support, PC repair, and hardware configuration is a plus.
* Knowledge of logistics and hardware distribution methodologies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong computer and technical skills; quick learner of new tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong customer service skills and professionalism under pressure.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
* Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and operate company vehicles.
