* Working in a team of 9 IT support staff, you will be:
* Taking support tickets and working with customers to resolve their issues by remote access
* Working on special projects, investigating new technology and services
* Receive paid training and mentoring to develop further certification.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office packages
* Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
* Ability to think on your feet and solve any complex issues with empathy
* Keen to learn and gain further industry-recognised qualifications.

* £21,000 - £25,000, dependent on experience
