The Role
This is a sales role. A proper one. You'll be out there building your own book of business from scratch. That means picking up the phone, knocking on doors, sending emails, and starting conversations with people.
You'll get support: coaching, tools, and some appointments booked for you. But we're looking for someone who can create their own momentum. Someone who's hungry, curious, and not afraid of a bit of rejection.
What You'll Be Doing
* Finding and winning new commercial clients.
* Cold calling, emailing, dropping in, networking—whatever works.
* Building relationships that lead to long-term business.
* Working with our team to deliver quotes and proposals.
* Keeping your pipeline full and your CRM tidy.
* Learning fast, improving constantly, and sharing what works.
What You'll Need
* Confidence and resilience. You'll hear "no" a lot before you hear "yes."
* A natural way with people. You know how to listen, ask smart questions, and build trust.
* A bit of commercial awareness. You don't need to be an insurance expert (yet), but you do need to care about solving problems for businesses.
* Experience in B2B sales or insurance is great—but attitude matters more.
