Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
The Opportunity
We are working with a growing consultancy specialising in health, safety, environmental, and quality services. The organisation supports a wide range of clients across multiple sectors, delivering professional, compliant, and practical solutions aligned with industry best practice and ISO standards.
This is a key appointment within the business, working closely with the Managing Director to support continued growth and brand development. The role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to business expansion while developing expertise across sales, marketing, and professional services communications.
The successful candidate will play a central role in generating leads, supporting client engagement, and promoting consultancy services in line with the organisation's Integrated Management System (IMS).
The Role:
This opportunity is ideal for a proactive Sales & Marketing professional who enjoys combining business development with creative communication.
Working alongside the Managing Director, you will support lead generation, manage marketing campaigns, assist with proposals and service agreements, and ensure all sales and marketing activities align with quality standards and continual improvement principles.
You will collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders to translate technical consultancy services into clear, compelling, and professional messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the identification and development of new business opportunities across health, safety, environmental, and quality consultancy services
* Assist in managing inbound enquiries and converting opportunities into proposals, quotations, and service agreements
* Proactively engage prospective clients via email, telephone, networking, and digital platforms
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote consultancy services
* Support lead generation through digital marketing, email campaigns, events, and networking
* Assist with proposals, tender submissions, presentations, and marketing materials
* Maintain and update website content and broader marketing communications
* Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company values
* Maintain consistent branding across all sales and marketing materials
* Support collection and review of customer feedback to enhance services and marketing effectiveness
* Operate in accordance with company policies, procedures, and IMS requirements
* Liaise with consultants and management to understand services and translate them into marketable messaging
* Support internal campaigns relating to new services, training, certifications, or accreditations
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (desirable)
* Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or business development role
* Experience within professional services, construction, compliance, or consultancy sectors (advantageous)
* Confident engaging with clients and supporting business development activity
* Website CMS platforms
* Social media management tools
* Email marketing systems
