As a Flow Room Technician, you'll partner with the on-site operations team to ensure the smooth system and product flow, exceeding operational KPIs across designated areas. You'll work closely with warehouse operatives, flow room colleagues, shift and section managers, supervisors, trainee supervisors, and the IT and engineering teams.
With a lead technician, you will oversee the daily operation of the systems, report faults, prioritize waves according to the daily plan, and provide recommendations to optimize operations.
You will also analyze data in real-time, capture data from our systems into trackers, monitor forecasts, and investigate and communicate risks and missed targets to the lead technician.
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off rotation Days/Nights

Essential skills:
* Previous experience working in a data or analytics role
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced automated environment
* Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
