The Role Mission & Responsibilities:
A fantastic new opportunity to become Entegra’s Director of Hospitality!
The Director of Hospitality is fully accountable for the performance of Entegra UK's Hospitality channel, overseeing both the account management and new business development teams. This role focuses on driving client satisfaction, revenue growth (new and organic), and long-term client retention.
Role Responsibilities:
* Demonstrates Leadership qualities and ensures that the channel team:
* Build relationships with key stakeholders across key client accounts
* Strategic management of client contracts to protect renewal / protect revenue and client longevity
* Be proactive in spotting risk early to support action planning / renewal conversations
* Ensures client review meetings take place to ensure Entegra are delivering on the agree proposal
* Identifies and takes ownership addressing any short fallings against the agreed proposal
* Drives ‘Added Value’ with clients by identifying opportunities to drive added benefits and services from Entegra
* Drives growth to Entegra by growing engagement and delivering additional categories
The Successful Candidate Profile:
They will need to be able to demonstrate experience across the following:
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Experience of contract/service management
* Experience of leading and developing a team across multiple disciplines
* Can demonstrate previous experience of client and account management (at both a strategic and operational level)
* Experience of working within hospitality
* Solutions focused. Can demonstrate experience of having developed and executed solutions that have delivered ROI
