Are you experienced in a precision engineering environment and looking to join a well-established company with nationwide customers that offers progression and an early finish on Fridays?
Are you an experienced CNC supervisor seeking to move into a managerial role where you will lead a team and mentor others?
This company has been established for over seven decades, growing to employ over ninety people. Operating out of a 70,000 sq ft facility, they manufacture mechanical components for both national and international clients. The company plans to expand significantly in the coming years.
In this role, the successful candidate will oversee production, leading a team of 25 with 3 direct reports. You will mentor the team and maintain operational workflows to meet production deadlines.

The Role:
* Work hours: 8:30 - 5:00 Monday - Thursday, 8:30 - 2:00 Friday
* Lead production and ensure manufacturing deadlines are met
* Manage a team of 25 on the workshop floor
* Provide weekly reports to the MD and stay informed on business areas
* Optimize production efficiency and workflow across machining processes
* Collaborate with production planners, engineers, and supervisors to improve processes
