J Swap is a large family-based company that has operated for over 70 years. We operate in Stockfood sales, Civil Construction, Quarrying, Bulk Transport and Storage. We employ approximately 600 staff throughout New Zealand.

For the right candidate there are diverse work opportunities and options for career growth.We are seeking a Class 5 Truck driver to operate one of our DAF Truck and trailer units delivering stock feed and other goods to farms around Canterbury. General hours will be 5am – 6pm Monday to Friday with some weekend work and maybe the odd night away on longer runs.We are also seeking a nightshift driver, if you like nights and/or already have a shift partner, we could make this work too.
Customer service, reliability and a high standard of presentation and pride in the gear is paramount, Honesty, punctuality & commitment to customer service. Along with a clean class 5 licence. Loader and other machine experience could be an advantage.
All applicants must be legally able to work in New Zealand without sponsorship. Pre-employment, along with regular and post incident drug screening is mandatory.
