Role:Business Development Manager
Hours:37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday 2:30pm)
Salary:Competitive basic starting salary. In addition to this we offer a very generous commission structure.

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and experiencedBusiness Development Managersto join the team at our new Northwich office. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and business development, must have experience within the fuel card or fleet management industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Fleetmaxx Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
− Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fuel card and fleet management sectors
− Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
− Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from our comprehensive product portfolio
− Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
− Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
− Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
− Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role. Preferably within the fuel card/ fleet or oil sector
− Strong understanding of fuel card products, market trends, and customer needs
− Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
− Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
− Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships
− Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
