Commercial Support Assistant
London Heathrow
Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for a Commercial Support Assistant to support the delivery of commercial and marketing activity across the Road business. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the wider commercial team, the role will provide hands-on delivery-focused support across marketing, content creation, events, and commercial documentation. The position is varied and collaborative in nature, requiring a flexible, proactive approach and a strong team mindset.
What will you be doing?
Support the commercial team with the preparation of QBR and KPI reporting, ensuring data and presentations are accurate and up to date
Assist with the creation of local market reports and adapt presentation materials for local use
Support the development and maintenance of customer onboarding documentation
Support the creation of social media content
Assist with the production of marketing materials and graphics, and support video production for brand or product campaigns
Assist with internal communications, including producing articles and updates for internal audiences
Assist with email campaigns where required
Provide administrative support and assist with wider marketing and commercial activities
About You
Experience working in a commercial or marketing support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Competent user of Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
Ability to film and edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint beneficial but not necessary
Proactive, adaptable and flexible, able to respond to shifting priorities based on business needs
Collaborative with a strong team mindset
Organised and reliable, with excellent attention to detail
Keen to learn and develop within a commercial and marketing environment
Willing to travel to other branches when required
