Reed Education is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across secondary schools in Scunthorpe, supporting pupils with a range of needs on both a 1:1 basis and within small group settings.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with varying educational and emotional needs
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning objectives
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Contribute to the overall wellbeing and progress of pupils
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
