Purpose of job
We are seeking an NQ – 2 year PQE solicitor to join our Commercial Real Estate team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of high-quality, complex, and high-profile Commercial Real Estate transactions, including land promotion, residential and commercial development, investment sales and purchases, leasing, asset management, real estate finance, and clean energy projects.
You will be supported to find your area of specialization, develop your skills with training and resources, and participate actively in marketing and practice development. We offer a transparent career progression structure aimed at developing, retaining, and rewarding talented individuals.
Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial landlord and tenant work, investment and asset management, general commercial property development, and secured lending matters, gained within a regional, national, or City firm. We consider applicants with more or less PQE based on individual merit.
