Driver required due to the needs of the service. Full UK license only.
Key duties
1. Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding assistance.
2. Administering medication.
3. Engaging in residents' daily activities, hobbies, or outings.
4. Following care plans and company policies.
5. Building honest and respectful relationships with residents.
6. Maintaining daily written records.
7. Attending and completing training as required.
Personal attributes
Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication skills are essential qualities for a successful Social Care Worker.

Where will you work?
Red Roof in Tadley, Hampshire, supports up to eight individuals aged 16 and above with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The home is designed to support young people transitioning from children’s services or hospital settings, promoting independence and personal growth with the help of our Positive Behaviour Support Team.
