Work on a Major UK Rail Programme
This is a proper Senior QS role. Big project. Structured environment. Real commercial responsibility.
You’ll be joining a high performing commercial team delivering complex rail and M&E packages on a nationally significant infrastructure scheme.
If you’re confident in NEC, comfortable managing subcontractors and want exposure to a major programme without being micromanaged, this is one to look at.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Full commercial management of allocated packages
* NEC4 contract administration (including Network Rail forms)
* Subcontractor management from procurement through to final account
* Change management and compensation events
* Monthly CVR reporting and cost forecasting
* Risk and opportunity management
* Working closely with delivery and engineering teams
You won’t just be processing paperwork. You’ll be influencing outcomes.
What They’re Looking For
* Proven experience operating at Senior QS level
* Strong NEC4 knowledge
* Network Rail contract exposure desirable
* Rail and/or M&E experience highly sought after
* Confident running subcontract packages independently
* Strong forecasting and reporting capability
