Community Living Support Workersrequired to work with our client, Northern Health and Social Care Trust located in Antrim or Coleraine, on a temporary ongoing basis to support the delivery of high-quality social work services to adults with physical disabilities and older people. The post holder will carry a caseload, contributing actively to the assessment, planning, and review process alongside the wider social work team. Candidates will work alongside a social work team, who will play a key role in gathering information, supporting assessments, and ensuring effective service delivery. This position is well suited to individuals who enjoy a dynamic role with daily travel as an essential requirement, offering variety and the opportunity to work across different settings. This role is 37.5 hours per week, including day, evening and weekend work. Pay rate is £14.06 with weekly mileage payment. Part time flexible roles will be considered also along with experience. Due to the nature of the role, candidates are required to have 1 of the following: Level 3 in a care-related subject with 1 Years experience working in healthcare with personal care Level 2 in a care-related subject with 2 Years experience working in healthcare with personal care 4 GCSEs including English and Maths with 3 Years experience working in healthcare with personal care Successful candidates must be NISCC registered and have a full driving licence valid for the UK with business insurance, and access to a car, as travel is essential. Mileage allowance payment provided weekly.
