4. Support students of mixed abilities to achieve outstanding oues
The Ideal Candidate
5. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) — essential
6. A Science specialist with strong subject knowledge (any specialism weed)
7. Enthusiastic, reflective, andmitted to high-quality teaching and learning.
8. ECTs are encouraged to apply and will receive excellent mentoring and support.
9. Strong classroom management and a genuine passion for Science education
