Assistant Youth Offending Team Worker – Permanent, Northamptonshire Children's Trust

Responsibilities
* Engage effectively with victims of crime, who may be adults or children.
* Facilitate meetings and participate in receiving and delivering training.
* Communicate clearly, listen to and represent the views of others in sometimes difficult circumstances.
About you and requirements
* Commitment to Restorative Practices; training in this area will be required and used in day-to-day practice.
* Evidence of ability to engage with victims of crime and facilitate restorative processes.
* Full employment history including any gaps since leaving full-time education; application should cover how essential criteria are fulfilled for shortlisting.
* This role requires a successful enhanced DBS check.
