Purpose of the role:
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Head Office in Solihull, B37 7YB. The role involves delivering our training strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee growth across the organization. UK travel is required.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and prioritize training needs with business leaders.
* Coordinate training requests and maintain accurate training records.
* Support the implementation of L&D strategies, including designing and delivering leadership programs.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and manage relationships with training providers.
* Support apprenticeship and graduate programs, including recruitment and onboarding.
* Maintain training matrices and ensure alignment with Learning Management Systems.
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development.
* Proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role.
* Strong understanding of the full learning cycle and talent development strategies.
* Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
* Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and funding is desirable.
* Experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus.
Package:
* Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 plus company car or allowance.
