Placewise AI is an autonomous AI voice recruiter. It conducts screening calls, scores candidates, and delivers shortlists to recruiters without a human in the loop.


We're looking for a Client Acquisition Partner to help us bring this to the agencies and talent teams that need it most.


This is a founding commercial role. You'll own the full sales motion: from outreach to close, working directly with the CEO.


What you'll do:

* Prospect and close small-to-mid-size UK recruiting agencies and in-house talent teams
* Run discovery and demo calls independently
* Own the pipeline from first touch to signed agreement
* Shape the outreach playbook alongside the founding team


What we're looking for:

* Proven B2B closer, SaaS, HR tech, or staffing background preferred
* Existing network among recruiters, agency owners, or talent leads in the UK
* Can run the full sales cycle solo, no hand-holding needed
* Excited to earn equity at the ground floor of something real


Compensation:

* Equity based (Negotiable)
* Commission on closed deals
* Pathway to base salary once revenue milestones are hit
* Founding Head of Sales / VP Sales title as we scale
* We're Angel-backed, product is live, and we move fast.
