At Superior Healthcare, we’re seeking a Care Coordinator to join our agency team at our Whitstable branch, in Kent.

The Role?
As a Care Coordinator in our agency division, you will:
Lead with purpose: Manage your own clients in a geographic area covering shift requests.
Collaborate effectively: Work closely with clients, nurses, carers and colleagues to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Deliver excellence: Ensure shift requirements are met with compassion, safety, and professionalism. Offer the highest level of customer service
Innovate and improve: Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and account management.
Support: Be a team player, supportive and passionate about everything you do.
This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and comes with a starting salary of £25,200, rising to £28,350 after successfully completing probation.

* Valid Driver Licence
