Role Description

This is a part-time (3 to 4 days a week) role for a Senior or Associate Town Planner based in the Sheffield area. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing planning applications, conducting site evaluations and liaising with stakeholders. You will prepare planning statement and site appraisals, attend design team meetings and provide tailored planning advice to clients. Some remote work is acceptable for this role, but there will be a requirement to be in the office (Hathersage) 2 days a week. Candidates must be RTPI.


Qualifications

* Experience in managing the preparation and submission of different types of planning applications
* Confident in conducting site appraisals
* Knowledge of planning policies and legislation
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Relevant professional qualifications and memberships (e.g. RTPI)
