Location: Bradford, hybrid working (1-2 office days / week), leadership-level visibility, and impact on essential regional services.
Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Your Mission:
Lead a £ programme of complex, high-impact infrastructure projects that will transform water resilience across Yorkshire. You'll be at the heart of regulatory delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
11. Own and drive a £100m development budget over 5 years
12. Lead multi-disciplinary teams from feasibility to delivery
13. Engage with Ofwat, RAPID, and other regulators on key submissions (PR29, WRMP, WINEP)
14. Shape governance, risk, and assurance frameworks
15. Represent Yorkshire Water in joint SRO projects with partner companies
16. Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the DPC programme
17. Align stakeholders across regulatory, commercial, technical, and environmental domains
What You'll Bring
18. Proven leadership in UK water-sector programmes with regulatory complexity
19. Experience with Ofwat or similar regulatory bodies
20. Professional certifications ( APM, PRINCE2)
21. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
22. Track record in major capital programmes across the asset lifecycle
23. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
