Role Description
This is a full‑time, hybrid role for an HR Business Partner covering the group, with the flexibility to work from home as well as across our three sites. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support, driving HR initiatives, and aligning people strategies with business objectives. Day‑to‑day tasks include workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The individual will act as a trusted advisor for management and employees alike, contributing to a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise working as a HR Business Partner or Advisor
* Knowledge of employment law, best practices, and HR compliance
* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Proficiency in HR technology platforms and data reporting is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPD or equivalent)
