This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key financial processes and contribute to exciting automotive and motorsport projects.About the RoleAs Management Accountant, you will play a central role in producing accurate and timely financial reports, maintaining financial controls, and supporting operational teams with insightful analysis. You will be part of a collaborative finance team working in a modern facility alongside passionate professionals.Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver monthly management accounts and weekly KPI reporting
* Manage accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Oversee accounts payable ledger and weekly payment runs
* Prepare VAT and Intrastat returns for HMRC
* Monitor budget variances and support cost control initiatives
* Provide training on business reporting and KPIs
* Liaise with operational staff to resolve supplier invoice issues
* Champion process improvements and efficient ways of working
What We Are Looking For
* 3+ years experience in a Management Accountant role
* Strong understanding of financial transactions and reporting
* Excellent Excel skills and experience with Sage 200
* AAT qualified or part-qualified CIMA or ACCA
* Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
* Experience in a fast-paced SME environment, ideally within automotive or motorsport
