Our client is an established, ambitious and scaling ecommerce brand, who operate in a fast growing category with innovation at the heart of all they do. They are launching new products and into new territories so are looking for an Marketplaces Manager (Amazon expert) to join their team to expand their presence Amazon and other marketplace platforms. This is a key hire and the successful candidate will be responsible for the full end-to-end management of Amazon operations, from listing optimisation and performance tracking to stock forecasting and advertising execution, and expanding on to new marketplaces. The role: Take ownership for the day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller Central account (UK and international expansion). Build and optimise organic product listings, including but not limited to titles, bullet points, back-end keywords, imagery, A Content, and SEO Plan, launch and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns to drive traffic, maximise ROAS and support key product pushes. Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as conversion rate, win rate, account health, and customer reviews. Use data and insights to inform trading decisions, troubleshoot issues, and identify growth opportunities. Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure consistent stock availability. Stay up to date with Amazon policies, algorithm updates, trends, and tools and apply them proactively to our strategy. Brief creative teams on required assets for product listings, A Content, Storefronts, and advertising Stay up to date with new and emerging marketplaces.
