Job Title: Head of Learning & Organisation Development
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (Inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid (Somerset, commutable from Bristol)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Learning & Organisation Development to join a central government department. This 12-month contract role offers a unique opportunity to lead and implement culture change, leadership development, and talent management initiatives within a public sector organisation. Based in Somerset (commutable from Bristol), this hybrid position will allow you to make a significant impact on the organisation's growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement a cultural change programme to drive organisational transformation.
* Design and deliver management and leadership development initiatives.
* Develop and execute talent management and succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of skilled leadership and talent.
* Work closely with senior leadership to align Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives with organisational goals and strategic objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
* MCIPD qualified or equivalent experience in Learning and Organisational Development.
* Proven track record in L&D, leadership development, and culture change in complex organisations.
* Strong experience leading and managing teams and successfully delivering strategic organisational change.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and implement effective development strategies.
