Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30 (45-min lunch), Friday 07:00–12:00

Are you an experienced Process Engineer with a passion for hands-on problem-solving and a background in rubber moulding? We're working with a specialist manufacturing business seeking a proactive and detail-focused individual to join their engineering team.
The Role:
This is a hands-on position supporting production processes directly on the shop floor. You’ll be responsible for developing and documenting new processes for rubber moulded components and related assembly operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing processes for injection, compression, and transfer moulding
* Supporting rubber testing and analysis with internal lab resources
* Involvement in rubber-to-substrate bonding and tooling optimisation
* Analysing moulding parameters to resolve production issues
* Delivering training and process handovers to machine operators
* Collaborating with CAD and tooling teams on design and implementation
What We’re Looking For:
* Background in an engineering discipline or equivalent moulding experience
* Hands-on approach and technical understanding of rubber processing equipment
* Strong problem-solving skills and quality focus
* Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines
* A team player with experience in diverse, cross-functional environments
* Physically fit to manage the demands of a production environment
