Health and Social Care Graduate

Are you a motivated Graduate looking to begin a rewarding career in education and training? We are seeking a passionate Health and Social Care Graduate to work as a Learning Support Assistant in a special school based in Barking and Dagenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience supporting children and young people with additional needs. The role is ideal for anyone considering a long-term career in education and training, psychology, social work, therapy, or related fields.

As a Health and Social Care Graduate, you will:

Work as a Learning Support Assistant in a specialist school setting
Support students with special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and complex needs
Assist with personalised learning plans
Provide emotional, social, and behavioural support
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff
