The Role
As an Invoice Finance Relationship Manager, you'll take responsibility for a defined portfolio of clients, ensuring that risks are well managed and clients receive an exceptional standard of service. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams including Credit, Risk, and Operations to ensure facilities are effectively maintained and customer relationships are maximised.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients through regular reviews, meetings, and proactive communication.
Obtain and review all client documentation to ensure understanding of the risk profile and compliance with operating conditions.
Monitor financial performance through management information and ensure facilities operate within agreed parameters.
Identify and mitigate risk in line with company policies and the global risk framework.
Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication with internal teams and clients.
Proactively seek opportunities to develop and grow client relationships, including cross-selling additional services.
Support smooth client onboarding by adhering to internal onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a strong network of local business connections to enhance the company's profile and identify new opportunities.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing a client portfolio within invoice finance or commercial lending.
Strong understanding of risk management in a financial services environment.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills.
Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
Confident using CRM and risk management systems.
UK ABFA Certificate (desirable).
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
