Are you passionate about making a difference in mental health care? We are looking for caring, motivated individuals to join us as Senior Health Care Support Workers within our Adult Mental Health Acute & Specialist Care Service. As a Senior Health Care Support Worker, you will work under the supervision of registered healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients across our Airedale and Bradford units.

Responsibilities
* Overview: Play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe, compassionate, and effective care for service users, under the supervision of registered healthcare professionals.
* Supporting care delivery: Assist in the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of person-centred care for individuals experiencing mental illness, including those presenting with challenging behaviours.
* Clinical support: Provide direct clinical care as delegated by registered staff, ensuring best practices are followed and care is delivered safely.
* Patient safety and experience: Promote a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for all patients, families, and staff, in line with the Trust's values: We Care, We Listen, We Deliver.
* Ward resources: Help maintain appropriate stock levels of clinical and non-clinical supplies on the ward.
* Recovery-focused care: Support patients on their journey to recovery by encouraging independence, engagement, and empowerment.
* Team support and development: Act as a positive role model for junior staff, providing guidance and supporting their development within the ward environment.
