Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in overall day-to-day operations.
* Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
* Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
* Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
* Support staff training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
* Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily reconciliation.
* Drive sales by promoting special offers and upselling menu items.
* Assist in analyzing financial reports and help meet budgetary targets.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a restaurant or food service environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Proficient in POS systems and basic computer skills.
