Cover Supervisor
* Job Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
* Location: East Grinstead
* Salary: £24,790 per annum (pro rata £17,635.82 based on 31.25 hrs/pw term time only)

This role would suit a Graduate or someone looking to gain experience before teacher training.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
* Supervise classes for absent teaching staff and invigilate examinations.
* Assist with administrative tasks including the management of classroom resources and student work.
* Engage with students to ensure a productive and disciplined environment.
* Accompany and supervise students on trips and visits, ensuring their safety and positive behaviour.
* Communicate effectively with staff about classroom activities and student progress.
* Support the school’s ethos, helping to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A good level of education including GCSE grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
* Experience working with young people is highly advantageous.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to use ICT tools (Word, Excel, SIMS) for administration and learning.
* Flexibility and the ability to respond to changing priorities quickly.
