Music Label Support Coordinator | Global Tech
We’re looking for a fast-moving, solutions-driven Label Partnerships Coordinator to support our Music Label Partnerships team in delivering top-tier service to independent labels. This role is all about execution—handling inbound needs, solving problems, and making sure partners get the support they need across products, tools, and campaigns.
You’ll be on the front lines of how music labels interact with our platform—managing everything from account integrity to ad credits, from rights support to campaign tracking. If you know how labels work, thrive in reactive environments, and can juggle a dozen tasks with calm precision, read on.
The Offer:
* Competitive salary of £63,000pa
* Hybrid working: Onsite 3 days per week in Central London office
* Role will start on a contract until the end of December, which will be extended
* Complimentary meals, snacks and coffees when onsite!
What You’ll Own
* Partner Support & Issue Resolution: Triage and respond to inbound label requests—think account hacks, verification, allowlisting, username changes, and rights issues.
* Cross-Functional Liaison: Work with ops, concierge, integrity, and product support teams to move partner requests forward quickly and cleanly.
* Verification & Allowlisting Management: Own the intake, tracking, and resolution process across both Facebook and Instagram.
* Payments & Promotions: Process invoices, maintain payment logs, and manage distribution of ad credits/coupons to priority partners.
* Reporting & Tracking: Build quick-turn reports, track campaign activity, and maintain CRM data hygiene across partners and programs.
* Partner Education: Support the creation of one-sheets and best-practice resources for partners and developing artists.
* Campaign Execution: Assist the Label Relations team on high-impact stunts and artist activations—helping shape, run, and report on priority programs.
* Artist Growth Support: Engage directly with artists and teams to share social best practices and growth tools.
What You Bring
* 2+ years working in digital music, artist services, or label support; indie label familiarity a strong plus
* Confident navigating internal systems, managing data, and following through on ops-heavy tasks
* A deep understanding of how artists and labels use social media, especially FB/IG
* Comfortable working across multiple workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong communicator with a bias toward structure, clarity, and execution
* Hands-on experience with CRM tools, rights management systems, or music-focused platform tools
* Experience interfacing directly with external partners or clients
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
