Employability Consultant/Job Broker
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to participants in line with employment contract targets, business processes and agreed service standards to ensure participant secures sustainable paid employment
Undertake 1:1 and group support sessions as identified to meet the programme requirements.
Deliver induction programmes to new participants referred on to the Programme
To build relationships with Employers and external referral partners
Provide a Job Brokering service for participants
Manage a caseload efficiently and effectively, ensuring job start and sustained employment targets are met
Build a strong rapport with participants to ensure quality of service, working as part of the Delivery Team
Provide support to participant in line with business processes and agreed service standards to ensure participant retains employment
Provide relevant reports in line with programme contract requirements
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work flexibly across offices
• Promote the principles of Equality and Diversity and ensure that the policy is fully applied at all times.
• Understand and adhere to all personal responsibilities under Health & Safety and Safeguarding procedures, and ensure that the policies are adhered to at all times.
• Ensure that the Code of Conduct, Data Protection, Harassment & Bullying, Confidentiality, Anti-Fraud, Data Security and all other policies of the Company are fully applied at all times.
