The Opportunity:
Due to ongoing growth, they are expanding their team and seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. You will contribute to developing manufacturing processes, revolutionising vehicle assembly in a low-volume environment, supporting new model launches, and engineering changes. Your role will include enhancing Project Management, Safety, Quality, Cost Management, and Product Delivery.

* Design Reviews
* PFMEA
* DFMEA
* BOM Management
* Assembly sequencing, Process & Procedure Documentation, and Product Traceability methodology
* MES System – Vehicle Build & Control
Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:
* Develop and implement manufacturing processes for automotive components, emphasizing efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
* Collaborate across teams to deliver all program aspects from inception to production.
* Define and deliver operational best practices aligned with brand standards.
* Meet project milestones and support program objectives.
* Create detailed project plans and timelines for vehicle restoration.
* Analyze and improve existing production processes for cost reduction and productivity gains.
* Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials and parts.
* Work with quality control teams to implement inspections at various production stages.
* Support prototype build phases and activities like Virtual Build and Manpower Planning.
