Key Responsibilities Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every stage of the process. Oversee the smooth running of all customer journeys and provide guidance when unexpected issues arise. Source leads, conduct outreach via phone and video, and proactively build relationships with new and existing customers. Manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to account development. Collaborate with the Operations Team to source, quote, and deliver the best logistics solutions across all transport modes and markets. Continuously learn and adapt within an ever-changing industry, with support from experienced professionals.
