About The Role: Working in our Technical Services mobile team on a Major Retail contract with opportunities to support other Commercial and Residential contracts in our continually expanding division Key Responsibilities: To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will attend customer’s sites and carry out remedial works within those premises, ensuring that the quality of technical work undertaken is in compliance with company policy, statutory requirements, Gas Safe Regulations and Industry normative documents Sole responsibility for the Mechanical, Electrical, AC and Gas servicing, maintenance and repair of installations. To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards. To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out. Essential Hiring Criteria: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Mechanical Services, Gas and H&V systems from an install, commissioning and servicing perspective 18th edition Electrical Gas safe Domestic Gas safe Commercial Additional qualifications in Oil, LPG would be advantageous. Analyse & resolve engineering problems and carry out the servicing needed Operation, Maintenance and Interrogation of related Systems. Respond to customer requests for support or advice ensuring effective resolution of customer requirements or referring as appropriate. Previous experience working within Facilities Management would be beneficial. CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification. First Aid. Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
