Job Title: Stores Administrator
Location: Wrexham
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:45 (early finish on Fridays)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Stores Administrator to join a busy manufacturing facility in Wrexham. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse and goods-in experience, combined with basic administrative and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking deliveries into the system
* Preparing shopping lists based on production needs
* Picking items from stores and preparing them for dispatch to clients
* Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
* Organising and storing materials in the correct locations
* Supporting stock control through regular checks and accurate record keeping
* Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or goods-in environment (essential)
* Strong administrative and computer skills (e.g., data entry, inventory systems)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work
