Duties

* Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance feedback.
* Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll management, and reporting.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
* Maintain effective communication with upper management regarding store performance and operational challenges.
Requirements
* Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role - minimum 5 years experience as store manager in retail with references from previous employers
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base.
* Solid organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
* Experience in merchandising and sales management is essential for driving store performance.
* Administrative experience is preferred for handling operational duties effectively.
