As a Support Worker, you’ll not only impact others’ lives but also enrich your own. We’re passionate about our people, including our staff. Your Role and Responsibilities
Where will you be working?
Our service in Berwick offers a 24-hour supported living service on the outskirts of a historic coastal town, with excellent public transport access. You’ll support 6 amazing individuals, each with their own unique personalities.
What will you be doing?
You’ll encourage the people we support to live life to the fullest. Your responsibilities will include:
* Engaging in community activities
* Promoting and developing daily living skills
* Assisting with medication and health appointments
* Helping manage personal budgets
Working Patterns
This is a 24-hour service, so we offer flexibility to meet your preferences. We value work-life balance and require staff to share weekend and evening shifts. Our rota is published 8 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your life accordingly!
