Finance / Accounts Administrator Newtownabbey Up to £30,000 benefits Joining the accounts / finance team of a successful multisite business at their offices on the outskirts of Mallusk. Working as part of their busy Finance and Customer Service Function and reporting to management you will be; Working across accounts payable and receivable activities for the Belfast operation Post and reconcile cash received and allocating Accounts payable duties Liaise with customers with regard to accounts, overdue balances and ensure payments are made within agreed credit terms Produce and circulate debt report Carry out and review Bank Reconciliation Manage Unposted Cash, DDs and associated postings Liaise and interface with clients and customers/queries Supporting month end duties including preparing journals What we are looking for 2 years experience gained within a similar role (accounts payable, receivable, credit control etc) Sound level of education, ideally to include a finance or accounts related qualification Experience of dealing with management of customer accounts, customers and suppliers Sound level of IT literacy across MS Office and a computerised accounts package In return you can expect a generous package, benefits and progression opportunities.
