Responsibilities as a Manufacturing Operative:
* Working on a fast-paced manufacturing line
* Achieving daily production schedules and performance targets
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
* Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives
* Using ERP systems to support production and stock accuracy
Skills required as a Manufacturing Operative:
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Excellent communication skills
* A positive, proactive, and energetic approach
* Motivated, flexible, and a strong team player
The details:
Salary: £12.21 - £13 p/h
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:45am – 3:00pm
Location: Bourton-on-the-Water
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
