We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working pattern:
Varied shifts including early mornings (from 5:45am), afternoons, late evenings (until 10pm), and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, restocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked, and monitoring prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
