Our client is a renowned hospice located in the heart of Headingley, Leeds. They specialise in providing expert palliative care to individuals with life-limiting conditions, offering vital support to both patients and their families during challenging times.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the in-patient unit, ensuring high standards of palliative care.
* Assess potential service users in consultation with the Head of Clinical Services.
* Plan effective duty rotas and provide out-of-hours clinical support.
* Liaise with health and social care professionals to coordinate care delivery.
* Apply legal policies for identifying and supporting vulnerable adults.

Requirements / Qualifications
* Be a Registered Nurse with specialist palliative care experience.
* Hold or be working towards a post-registration qualification in Palliative Care.
* Have proven experience in leading and managing clinical teams.
* Demonstrate excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
* Possess knowledge of healthcare legislation and best clinical practices.
