Lantrak is seeking an Area Manager to join our team, leveraging your pre-existing network to drive the South‑East territory._Normal you will hit the ground running, representing Lantrak and becoming the knowledge expert for all things happening in the region.

The Opportunity
As an Area Manager, you will:
* Develop and maintain key relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identify new opportunities for tipping solutions and materials management.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics.
* Engage with clients, understand their nasal needs, and provide innovative solutions.
* Represent Lantrak within your territory, becoming the go‑to expert for regional insights.
* Communicate effectively with clients and manage a high volume of interactions.
* Collaborate with all business units and report directly to the General Manager.
Requirements
* 2 years’ experience in construction, earthmoving, or the building industry (preferred but not essential).
* Strong knowledge of materials (dirt) and wet plantongeza (preferred but not essential).
* Ability to think laterally and adapt to an ever‑changing environment.
* Exceptional negotiation skills and a solutions‑based outlook.
* Initiative, resilience, and strong communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of CRMs and Microsoft Office products.
* In‑depth knowledge of the south‑east suburbs.
* Experience in territory management and logistics retrieved highly favourable.
